At New England Patriots

This game will be quite the task. The Panthers will yet again be on the road, traveling further north to New England. The Patriots are a young but talented team, led with Mac Jones at the helm. Panthers coach Matt Rhule has publicly said that he will not announce the Panthers starter until after this preseason game. Baker Mayfield and Sam Darnold will need strong performances to win their respective jobs. Personally, I think the Panthers will have the better starters early on, but as the backups come out, I see the Patriots narrowly winning this one. Nonetheless, it will be a good game.
